United Way of the Capital Region funds programs that address pressing community needs. Funding decisions are made by citizen-review panels that look at a variety of information, including the need for such services; the results or outcomes achieved and the need for funding. Community Response Fund:
Community Response Fund Grants fund programs and services offered by non-profit health and human service agencies that meet priority needs, as established by United Way of the Capital Region's Board of Directors.
