Familywize Prescription Drug Discount Card

The Familywize discount card helps those without prescription drug coverage by reducing the cost of prescriptions at participating pharmacies.

These cards have been distributed locally through UWCR program partners. More than 6,650 people have utilied the cards, saving them more than $839,890.
