In 2002, United Way of the Capital Region (UWCR) and the Harrisburg Region Central Labor Council (CLC) initiated the Labor Leadership Giving Program, which provides special recognition to union members who donate $250 or more.

Last year, a total of 576 Labor Leadership Givers donated more than $227,929. A PDF of the Labor Leader Booklet is provided below.
