People You Help
Services provided by United Way of the Capital Region's community pilot projects and program partner agencies help residents throughout the Capital Region. Programs and services receiving United Way funding must provide us with information on the individuals served by location, age, gender, race and ethnicity. We do this so we can assure our donors that the critical needs of our community are being met.
United Way of the Capital Region believes it is important to document how many of our neighbors are helped by the donations entrusted to us. Please note that the privacy of those touched by United Way-funded programs is protected, and confidentiality is maintained in accordance with the highest standards and in full compliance with all applicable laws.
