Our Strategic Vision
New Work for a Greater Impact
In 2024, we launched a pilot project at Susquehanna Township School District to bring our four pillars together to make a greater impact. Our community health workers partnered with the school nurse and social worker to help children and their families who frequently need these services. We connected families with employment opportunities, health care, food and shelter as well as our early education program for young siblings. This year, we will expand this program to other school districts. Learn how we will scale solutions to help move families from crisis to thriving.
