United Way Designation and Payout Information for Agencies
AgencyPortal is our online access for agencies to view pledges, designation and payout information for the various campaigns managed by United Way of the Capital Region. To get access to AgencyPortal, fill out the AgencyPortal User Information form.

Payment Dates/Amount Minimums
United Way of the Capital Region processes payouts monthly based on pledge collections. Agencies will receive a payment when all collections on gifts directed to them reach or exceed $100. Payouts for remaining collections, below this threshold, are made quarterly.
You can receive your payments sooner and help us save money by signing up to have your payments directly deposited into your bank account by completing our EFT Authorization Form.

Reports/Acknowledgements/Receipts
- Your agency is responsible for acknowledging donors in a timely manner.
- United Way of the Capital Region will provide all required tax receipting for cash donations received per IRS guidelines.

Agencies submitting funding proposals through our online community impact management system can visit our e-Cimpact site.
