Contact to Care, a United Way of the Capital Region initiative, improves access to healthcare. Our community health workers can connect you to health insurance options, medical appointments and help overcome barriers to care. We serve Harrisburg, Northern Dauphin County, Perry County and the West Shore/Mechanicsburg areas.

We can help with:

• Health insurance applications and renewals
• Medical, dental and vision care if you don’t have insurance
• Transportation to medical appointments
• Food services
