Our Access to Health Care program’s community health workers can connect you to health insurance options, medical appointments and help overcome barriers to care. We serve Harrisburg, Perry County and the West Shore/Mechanicsburg areas.
Is Your Child Ready for School?
Our School Readiness program provides free virtual and in-person workshops for children ages 3 to 5 (and their families) to prepare them for kindergarten. We currently partner with 12 school districts which include 20 elementary schools in Dauphin, Cumberland and Perry counties.
