How We Help
Understanding Our Community
Researching the Capital Region’s specific needs means we can serve the community in a way that works. With our community assessment and the United Way of Pennsylvania’s focus on ALICE (Asset Limited, Income Constrained, and Employed) households,
we’re able to identify those in need and find ways to help.
Our Work
Our mission is to improve lives in Cumberland, Dauphin and Perry counties by identifying
the most pressing community needs, finding solutions to those needs, and
demonstrating how these solutions are making a difference.
All of our programs are designed to address the root causes of the problems
facing at-risk communities in the capital region.
